    -Concentrate DNA fragments (50bp–10kb) from agarose gel, PCR or other enzymatic reaction.
    - Method is based on binding to glass fiber matrix of the spin columnin chaotropic salt.
    -  Not require the phenol extraction 
    -  Typically recoveries are 70 - 85% for gel extraction and 90 – 95% for PCR clean up.
    -  Downstream application: Restriction digestion, ligation, PCR ,sequencing reaction.



    1.Sample Volume : up to 200mg of agarose gel, up to 100ul of reaction solution
    2. DNA Size range: 50bp~10 kb
    3. Binding capacity: up to 10ug
    4. Recovery : 70 - 85% for gel extraction, 90 - 95% for PCR clean-up
    5. Operation Time : 20min for Gel extraction, 10min for PCR clean-up
    6. Elution Volume : 40ul
    7. Storage :It contents should be stored dry at room temperature. Under these conditions, the kit is stable for 12 months.
