    QM 235-01, 235-02, 235-05, 235-10 QuantiMix SYBR No-ROX One-Step Kit

    - This kit contains a reagent for real-time RT-PCR for use on varions real-time instruments.
    -  The kit provides high-performance, reproducible first stand cDNA synthesis and subsequent SYBR Green-based real-time PCR assays, based a single protocol.
    -  Flexiblity:RNA templates (viral RNA, poly(A) RNA, total RNA)
    -  Reproduciblity: It provide reproducible real-time data
    -  Sensitivity: 10-fold RNA dilution over a broad dynamic range
    - Convenient: It is only necessary to add primers and template to the reaction and include the highly efficient RiboSafe RNase inhibitor, which prevents enzymatic degradation of the RNA.



    1. Components: 2x QuantiMix SYBR NO-Rox One-Step, 50mM MgCl, RNase Inhibitor (10U/ul), DEPC-treated water
    2. Instrument Compatibility: Corbett Rotor-Gene 3000/6000, QIAGEN Rotor-Gene Q, Roche LightCycler 480, Eppendrof Mastercycler ep realplex, Bio-rad Opticon2, Chromo4, MiniOpticon, CFX96,CFX384
    3. Storage and Stability : It is shipped on Dry/Blue Ice Store at -20℃
                                          All kit components should be stored at -20℃ upon receipt. 
                                           Excessive freeze/thawing is not recommended
