    QM 405-01, 405-02, 405-05, 405-10 QuantiMix SYBR One-Step Kit

    - Ready-to-use reagent for real-time RT-PCR for use on various real-time instruments.
     -This kit provides reproducible first strand cDNA synthesis and subsequent SYBR Green-based real-time PCR assays, using a single protocol. 
    - This kit is inactivate and possesses no polymerase activity during the reaction set-up, preventing non-specific amplification including primer-dimer formation.
    - Convenient : It contain all the reagents for real-time RT-PCR
    - Flexiblity: RNA templates including viral RNA, poly(A) RNA or total RNA
    - Reproduciblity: Providing reproducible real-time data
    - Sensitivity: As few as 10 copies of a target gene to be detected

    1. Components: 2x QuantiMix SYBR One-Step, 50mM MgCl, RNase Inhibitor (10U/ul), DEPC-treated water
    2. Instrument Compatibility: All real-time PCR instruments (Bio-rad iQ5 제외)
    3. Storage and Stability : It is shipped on Dry/Blue Ice Store at -20℃
                                          All kit components should be stored at -20℃ upon receipt. 
                                           Excessive freeze/thawing is not recommended
