For PCR, RT-PCR and real time PCR applications
Ultra-pure dNTPs are enzymatically synthesized from premium quality dNMPs by phosphorylation using highly specific production systems. The manufacturing process eliminates impurities and PCR-specific inhibitors such as modified nucleotides, tetraphosphates and inorganic pyrophosphates commonly ob served in other commercially available dNTP products. dNTPs are purified with quantitative HPLC and possess at least 99.9% purity.
Exceptional PCR Ampliﬁcation
To demonstrate the high level of purity of dNTPs, a long-range 20Kb PCR reaction was performed using ultra-pure dNTPs. Results were visualized by electrophoresis on a 1% agarose gel in 1x TAE stained with ethidium bromide.

Low template concentration Assay
A fragment of the B-actin gene of human genomic DNA was amplified using dNTPs in a 50μl reaction volume, with different template concentrations.
