Hi-Speed 96 Nucleic Acid Extraction System
LabTurbo 96XC Compact System is a high speed nucleic acid extractor that uses the membrane column-vacuum and innovative multi- functional robotic arm to achieve a sampling to elution workflow of 96 samples in 90 minutes. LabTurbo 96XC system equips with 12-pipette channel arm with embedded ultrasonic scanner for precise liquid-handling and real-time liquid level and object detection. The design of sample tube complex accommodates up to 3 ml of sample and reduces the tip consumption to 2 tips per sample. The large reagent containers can be plugged to the system for direct and prolonged use. High capacity membrane columns allow concise extraction workflow for faster extraction.

Hi-Input & Hi-Concentration
The design of sample cartridge accommodates up to 3 ml of sample and reduces the tip consumption to 2 tips per sample. LabTurbo XC Column provides large sample input and small elution volume collected as low as 50 µl.

Various Applications
This system is suitable for clinical, agricultural, research and forensic fields. Whole blood / buffy coat, human/animal/plant tissue, cultured cells, bacteria, forensic samples (swab, etc), body fluid (serum/plasma, etc), and samples which are difficult to handle such as sputum, FFPE and stool can be processed.

HBV Serum
Identical samples were extracted by LabTurbo and B brand. Here we can see the better performance of LabTurbo (Higher HBV copies detected). Also, LabTurbo showed no cross-contamination, good consistency and good linearity.
