Human genomic DNA
Seven-log linear test on 2 fg to 1 ng human genomic DNA by LabTurbo AIO system. The amplification plot (left) shows sensitive and consistent quantification, and the standard curve plot shows high efficiency and excellent linearity with R² value of 0.99934.
Zika Virus RNA Extraction (Urine)
